What does engaging you actually look like — do you hand off and disappear?
No. We stay engaged through the full lifecycle: initial architecture and development, through deployment, operations, and ongoing support. We maintain the systems we build and remain accountable for their performance — not just the initial delivery.
Which cloud platforms do you work with?
We are platform-agnostic by design, with deep expertise across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. That gives you the freedom to choose, migrate, or operate across clouds without being tied to a single vendor.
How do you handle security and compliance?
Every system is aligned to Secure SDLC, OWASP, and GDPR from the first architecture decision — RBAC, audit logging, secrets management, and environment segregation are part of our delivery standard, not an afterthought. Our track record also includes work aligned to PSPF/ISM, SOC, and DFAT standards.
Do you work with government and international organisations, or only commercial clients?
Both. Over 27 years we have designed and operated systems for government agencies, international organisations, and enterprise clients across 45 countries — including programmes where system failure directly affected people on the ground. Commercial engagements are delivered to that same standard.

Alongside consulting engagements, we operate our own SaaS product suite — including a caregiver health tracker, a proactive AI chief-of-staff, and a content-generation platform — so we build and run production multi-tenant software ourselves, not just advise on it.
